According to the Künstlersozialkasse, payments to a UG or GmbH are not part of the assessment basis for the artists' social security levy. If you hire creators or designers as individuals, however, a levy may apply; in 2026 it is 4.9%. Your tax advisor can tell you whether this applies to your company.

All prices on this page are net prices. Statutory VAT is added, currently 19%.
A hook is the first two to three seconds of a video that decide whether someone keeps watching. With several hooks per video you can test in your ads which opening works best, without having a new video shot.
In ads, the faces and voices of our on-camera talent are shown far more often and in more places than on your own channel. That is why paid usage is set out explicitly in the packages and is a separate item for the single video.
Yes. The single video for €119 is meant for exactly that. If you like it, you can then book a package with several videos.
The minimum term is three months. For six months you get a 5% discount, for twelve months 10%, and the €490 setup fee is waived.
No. You pay the ad spend directly to Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn. The External department package includes ad management for a budget of up to €1,500 a month.
Agencies get at least 15% off all list prices, 20% from 10 videos a month and 25% from 25 videos. We deliver without our branding and do not list the project as a reference.
According to the Künstlersozialkasse, payments to a UG or GmbH are not subject to the levy. As we invoice as FNLY Social UG, our invoices usually do not trigger the artists' social security levy. Please have your tax advisor confirm this for your individual case.
