What we take care of for you
FNLY Social takes over the ongoing work on your channels, from strategy to the monthly report.
- Strategy: goals, audience, tone of voice and the choice of channels that make sense for your business.
- A content calendar for every month, which you approve before anything is published.
- Production of posts, stories and Reels. Reels are short vertical videos, the format Instagram, Facebook and TikTok prefer to show.
- Our own shoots with our creators, photographers and videographers, in the studio in Borken or on site at your business.
- Publishing at the right times on all agreed channels.
- Community management: we reply to comments and messages on your behalf and pass on questions that only you can answer.
- A monthly report with reach, interactions and follower growth, plus our suggestions for the next month.

UGC stands for user generated content: videos that look as if real users made them but are produced on commission. All prices net, plus VAT. The ad budget is not included in any package.
Setup, terms and discounts
The minimum term is 3 months, and the monthly price drops with a longer term.

Setup includes taking over access to your accounts, reviewing your channels, the strategy and the first content calendar. All prices net, plus VAT.
Who owns the accounts and content?
Your social media accounts and the content we create for them belong to you. The accounts are registered to your business, and we work with access rights that you grant us and can withdraw at any time.
If our cooperation ends, you keep your channels with all followers and posts. You may continue to use the content we produced for your channels there. The exact scope of the usage rights is set out in writing in the contract.

From the first conversation to the first published post, we work in five steps.

In 20 minutes we clarify which channels you have, what you want to achieve and which package fits.

Setup and strategy
We take over access, look at your previous posts and define audience, tone of voice and topics.

Content calendar and approval
You receive the plan for the first month and approve it or tell us what to change.

Production and publishing
We shoot, design and publish the posts and take care of comments and messages.

Report and adjustment
At the end of the month we show you what worked and adjust the next plan accordingly.

Frequently asked questions
How much does social media management cost at FNLY Social?
Management costs €990, €1,790 or €2,990 net a month, depending on the package. On top of that comes a one-time setup fee of €490, which is waived with a 12-month term. You pay the ad budget separately.
How long do I have to commit?
The minimum term is 3 months. With a 6-month term you get a 5 % discount, with 12 months a 10 % discount and free setup.
Do I have to approve every post myself?
You approve the content calendar for each month before we publish. How detailed the approval should be, whether the monthly plan or every single post, we agree together at the start.
Who replies to comments and messages?
FNLY Social does that as part of community management, on 3 working days, every working day or daily, depending on the package. Questions that only you can answer, such as individual pricing or complaints, we forward to you.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
The account belongs to you and stays with you, with all followers and posts. You withdraw our access rights, and you may continue to use the content produced for your channels there.
Is social media advertising included in the package?
The External department package includes management of your ads for an ad budget of up to €1,500 a month. In the other packages we manage ads based on effort. The ad budget itself is not included in any package.
Do you come to us for photos and videos?
Yes, in North Hesse we are happy to shoot on site at your business, or alternatively in the studio in Borken. Businesses outside the region send us their products, or we plan a shoot day and state its cost in the quote.
