We shoot every product in our studio in Germany. You ship DDP and cover shipping, duties and import taxes. Return shipping to the US is quoted separately and may trigger US duties. All prices net in USD.

Taxes and payment
All prices are net in US dollars. Services from Germany to US businesses are as a rule not subject to German VAT, and US sales tax rules differ by state, so please check with your tax advisor. You pay a 50% deposit on order and the balance on delivery, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and you can pay by card or ACH.

Frequently asked questions
Are FNLY Social prices net, and do I pay German VAT?
All prices on this page are net in US dollars. Services from Germany to US businesses are as a rule not subject to German VAT. Whether US sales tax applies depends on your state, so please check with your tax advisor.
How much does a UGC video cost?
At FNLY Social a single UGC video up to 30 seconds costs $149, fully edited with one hook and paid ads for 12 months. Packages bring the price per video down, from $549 for three videos to $2,490 a month for ten videos.
What is a hook?
A hook is the first two to three seconds of a video that decide whether someone keeps watching. With several hooks per video you can test in your ads which opening works best without shooting a new video.
Are usage rights for paid ads included?
Yes. Every FNLY Social UGC package and the single video include paid ads for 12 months plus unlimited organic use. Unlimited paid usage costs $75 per video, and whitelisting or Spark Ads cost $150 per creator per month.
Can I test a single video first?
Yes. The single video for $149 is made for exactly that. If you like it, you can book a package with more videos afterwards.
How long is the social media management contract?
The minimum term is three months. With six months you get 5% off, with twelve months 10% off, and the $590 setup fee is waived. Ad spend is not included and goes directly to Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn.
Do agencies get a discount?
Agencies get at least 15% off all list prices, 20% from 10 videos a month and 25% from 25 videos a month. FNLY Social delivers without its branding and never names the project as a reference.
How do I pay?
You pay a 50% deposit when you order and the balance on delivery. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can pay by card or ACH.
