We develop your logo in fixed rounds of drafts and revisions and deliver it in every format you need for print, website and social media. Once paid in full, the usage rights belong exclusively to you.

All prices net plus VAT. A favicon is the small icon in the browser tab and in bookmarks. Further revisions are billed at €95 per hour.
How your logo is created
Your logo is created in five steps, from the briefing to the finished files.

Briefing
We clarify what your company stands for, who you address and where the logo will appear. In the Premium package we hold a workshop for this and look at your competitors.
- 02
Drafts
Depending on the package, you receive two to four different drafts, each with a short explanation.
- 03
Selection
You choose one draft for us to continue working on.
- 04
Revision rounds
We work in your feedback in the agreed rounds until shape, colour and typeface are right.
- 05
Handover
You receive all files and, depending on the package, the logo guidelines. Once paid in full, the rights pass to you.

Usage rights to the logo
Once paid in full, FNLY Social grants you the exclusive usage rights to your logo, unlimited in time and territory.
You may modify the logo or have it modified and register it as a trademark. Exclusive means that we do not pass the logo on to anyone else either. A trademark search, meaning a check whether similar trademarks are already registered, is not included. For that we recommend a law firm specialising in trademark law.
A written agreement is important: without one, usually only the rights needed for the agreed purpose are transferred (§ 31 (5) UrhG, German Copyright Act). That is why the rights are set out in our quote. This note does not replace legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a logo cost?
A logo at FNLY Social costs €690 (Start), €1,290 (Standard) or €2,190 (Premium) net. What logos cost on the market is shown, with sources, in our guide to logo and website costs.
How many drafts do I get?
Depending on the package, you get two, three or four drafts. We continue working on the chosen draft in the agreed number of revision rounds.
What is a revision round?
A revision round is a round in which you send us all your change requests together and we work them in. Each package includes two to four rounds; further changes are billed at €95 per hour.
May I register my logo as a trademark?
Yes, once paid in full you receive the right to register the logo as a trademark. A trademark search is not included; a law firm specialising in trademark law should carry it out before registration.
Do I get the editable files?
You receive the logo as SVG, PDF, EPS and PNG. SVG, PDF and EPS are vector files that can be enlarged without loss of quality and edited further by other designers.
Is a favicon included?
Yes, a favicon is included in every logo package. In the Standard package you also get a set of app icons in the common sizes.
Can I have an existing logo reworked?
Yes, provided you hold the rights to modify your existing logo. We estimate the effort after a short look at the logo and bill at our design hourly rate of €95.
