Terms for agenciesFAQ
FNLY Social produces UGC videos and product photos, designs logos, brand identities and websites and, on request, manages social media channels as an external department. Our office and studio are in Borken (Hesse), and we work for companies all over Germany.
A single UGC video of up to 30 seconds costs €119 net, including one hook and use on your own channels. The Starter package with three videos and paid usage rights for six months costs €449, the Ads package with five videos, script and twelve months of paid usage €1,190.
We have around 20 creators and on-camera talent we can book for your production. We shoot with our own photographers and videographers, in our studio in Borken or at a suitable location.
Only for product videos. You pay for shipping both ways, and the delivery time starts when the product arrives with us. For service providers, our creators come to your business or to your customers, with no travel costs within North Hesse.
Yes, if paid usage is agreed. The packages include it for six or twelve months. For a single video you add it for €50 (twelve months) or €100 (unlimited) per video.
Yes. We produce UGC under your agency's name, without our branding and without contact with your client. Agencies get a 15% discount on our list prices from the first order.
Influencer campaigns and product placements are handled by our partner brand FNLY Agency. FNLY Social focuses on UGC, design and managing your own channels.
According to the Künstlersozialkasse, payments to a UG or GmbH are not part of the assessment basis. Invoices from FNLY Social UG therefore usually do not trigger the artists' social security levy. Please have your tax advisor confirm this for your individual case.
