What is white-label UGC?
White-label UGC are videos that FNLY Social produces and that your agency passes on to clients under its own name. The files contain no reference to us, and we do not appear towards your client.
What discounts do agencies get at FNLY Social?
From the first project, agencies get a 15 % discount on list prices, from 10 videos a month 20 % and from 25 videos a month 25 %. Social media management in your agency's name comes with a 20 % discount when your agency handles the client contact.
How does prepaid volume work?
You buy a number of videos in advance and call them off within 3 months. The discount tier depends on the size of the prepaid volume.
Do you have contact with our clients?
No, on white-label projects all coordination runs through your agency. Only products we need for the shoot can be sent to us directly by your client, if you want.
Do you name our agency or our clients as a reference?
No. On projects from agencies, FNLY Social does without any reference listing, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first project.
Can we book just on-camera talent for our own productions?
Yes, you can book creators and on-camera talent from our group of around 20 people for your own productions, together with our photographers and videographers if you want. We state the price in the quote.
Who holds the usage rights to the videos?
The usage rights depend on the booked package and pass to your agency after full payment, which can pass them on to your client. We obtain the performers' consent to match this scope.
