FNLY Social is a UGC and design agency from Germany that works for US brands. We produce UGC videos and product photos with English-speaking creators in our own studio, design logos, brand identities and websites, and manage social media channels if you want. Your contract is with FNLY Social UG, a German limited company.
A single UGC video up to 30 seconds costs $149 net, fully edited, with one hook and paid ads use for 12 months. The Starter package with three videos costs $549, and the Ads package with five videos, script and three hooks each costs $1,490.
Yes. Every FNLY Social package includes unlimited organic use on your own channels and paid ads for 12 months. Unlimited paid usage costs $75 more per video, and whitelisting or Spark Ads cost $150 per creator per month.
You ship your product to our studio in Germany DDP, which means you pay shipping, duties and import taxes. Delivery time starts when the product arrives. Products stay with us or are disposed of, and return shipping to the US is quoted separately because it may trigger US duties.
FNLY Social works with around 20 creators and on-camera talent from our own team, including English-speaking creators. We shoot in our studio in Germany with in-house photographers and videographers. We do not shoot on location in the US.
We produce with the FTC Endorsement Guides and the Consumer Review Rule in mind: our creators actually use your product, scripts never invent experiences, and we never present UGC as a customer review. In your own ads the platform's ad label applies, and when a creator posts on their own account, the creator discloses the paid partnership. You approve all product claims, and this is not legal advice.
We are available Monday to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm ET, and calls run on Microsoft Teams. Prices are net in US dollars. You pay a 50% deposit on order and the balance on delivery, by card or ACH.
Yes. FNLY Social produces UGC under your agency's name, without our branding and without contact with your client. Agencies get 15% off our list prices from the first order, 20% from 10 videos a month and 25% from 25 videos a month.
