Frequently asked questions
What is white label UGC?
White label UGC is video content that FNLY Social produces and your agency resells to clients under its own name. The files contain no reference to us, and we never deal with your client directly.
What discounts do agencies get at FNLY Social?
Agencies get 15 % off list prices from the first order, 20 % from 10 videos a month and 25 % from 25 videos a month. Social media management under your agency's name comes with 20 % off when your agency handles the client contact.
How does prepaid volume work?
You buy a number of videos up front and use them within 3 months. Your discount tier depends on the size of the volume.
Do you have contact with our clients?
No. On white label projects all communication runs through your agency. Only products we need for the shoot can be shipped to us directly by your client, if you want.
Will you name our agency or our clients as a reference?
No. FNLY Social never lists agency work as a reference, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first order.
How does the time difference work?
Our working day in Germany overlaps with your mornings in the US. Calls run Monday to Friday from 11 am to 4 pm ET (8 am to 1 pm PT), and we implement your feedback within 2 business days.
Who holds the usage rights to the videos?
Copyright stays with the creator, and FNLY Social grants your agency a license by medium, territory and term according to the package. After full payment your agency can pass that license on to your client. We get model releases from every person on camera that match this scope.
