Who is behind FNLY Social
FNLY Social produces UGC, designs brand identities and manages social media channels. We work with our own creators, photographers and videographers and our own studio in Germany, and we serve US clients remotely.
Who we are
FNLY Social UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a German limited company for UGC, design and social media, based in Borken, Germany. The managing director is Alina Schmid.
FNLY Social is part of FNLY Group. We work for small and midsize companies, ecommerce brands, larger brands and agencies that need extra creators or a production partner in the background. US clients contract directly with our German company.

We produce with our own people and a fixed roster of creators.

A studio for product videos, photos and shoots where light and sound have to be right. US clients ship their products to us.

In-house photographers and videographers, plus editing and design under the same roof.
How we work with US clients
We work with US clients remotely: you ship your product to our studio, we meet on Microsoft Teams, and you get the finished files online.
Our intro call is free, takes 20 minutes and is available Monday to Friday from 11 am to 4 pm ET (8 am to 1 pm PT). Shipping is DDP, so you cover shipping, duties and import taxes. A single video is delivered 10 business days after your product arrives.
What you can expect
We publish our prices and put usage rights and model releases in writing, so you know upfront what you pay and how you may use the content.
We do not promise results nobody can guarantee. We deliver on time, test variations and report openly on what worked. We publish case studies only once clients agree to be named.

Where is FNLY Social located?
Our address is Am Kraftwerk 23, 34582 Borken, Germany, where our studio is too. We work with US clients remotely, and we do not shoot on location in the US.
Can a US company work with a German agency?
Yes. US clients contract directly with FNLY Social UG, ship their products to our studio and meet us on Microsoft Teams. We accept card or ACH payments, and services from Germany to US businesses are as a rule not subject to German VAT.
Who appears on camera in your videos?
Creators and on-camera talent from our fixed roster of around 20 people, including English-speaking creators. You can choose faces from this roster that fit your product.
Does FNLY Social have its own studio?
Yes, we have our own studio in Germany with in-house photographers and videographers. Product videos, photos and shoots that need a controlled setting are made there.
How are FNLY Social, FNLY IT and FNLY Agency related?
All three are brands of FNLY Group. FNLY IT provides IT services, FNLY Agency runs influencer campaigns and product placements, and FNLY Social does UGC, design and social media.
How can I work with FNLY as a creator?
FNLY Agency handles applications from creators and on-camera talent through fnly-agency.com, which is in German. FNLY Social books creators for productions from that roster.
